One who participated in Aikido club activities

Aikido is a martial art that uses the strength of the opponent.
What's appealing about it is that it doesn't compete with others and can be done by men and women of all ages!

The 1st to 3rd photos are of normal practice.
Actually, sunfish were out during the shooting period, so I posted photos/videos that looked like they were taken without contact, but I would be happy if you could get a sense of the atmosphere.

The 4th and 5th photos are of non-contact practice.
It seems like the focus is on passive practice.
Being able to take a passive stance when something actually happens will help prevent injuries in everyday life!
